This International Standard deals with the safety of electric dishwashers for household use that are intended for washing and rinsing dishes, cutlery and other utensils, their rated voltage being not more than 250 volt for single-phase appliances and 480 volt for other appliances. Amendment 2 applies to Cover Page, Foreword, Introduction and Clauses 1, 7, 19, 22, 24 and Annex ZZ and the Bibliography.
